I am a dreamer, a spiritual cheerleader and can be slightly more emotional than the average individual.
I have been writing all my life, but only started blogging in 2014. Writing created a means of escape; a reality where I was free and happy. It was then that I realised that this young lady that has kept journals since the age of 12 has always wanted to be a writer. This blog is my life journey. It captures my love for yoga and my desire to change the world for the better; one word at a time.
Although I write about may things, I write mostly on life with bipolar disorder and the realities of recovering from an eating disorder. In talking openly about my struggles, I hope to create a space whether others realise they are not alone.
