Relationships can be tricky because we are all navigating trauma and learning to heal, while simultaneously trying to love another person on a similar journey.

We find ourselves both craving and fearful of relationships because it all starts to feel like a juggling act that becomes increasingly overwhelming.

The fear we face in relationships (both romantic and platonic) are driven by the attachment style we develop in early childhood.

Knowing, understanding and addressing your attachment style can be a real game changer if you want to improve relationships with others and the relationship you have with yourself.
