Change is good.
Don’t get me wrong; change can be traumatizing. Change can trigger wounds we thought had healed and reintroduce fear into our lives. Change amplifies the doubts we have and somehow creates reason for us to remain stagnant. However, change can also be a breading ground for growth, love and acceptance.
Many events in 2018 forced me to move out of my comfort zone. All of a sudden I was forced to breathe life into the dreams that had become dormant. It was then that I finally gained the courage to do something that I have always wanted to do: prenatal yoga.
Prenatal yoga. Even saying it brings a smile to my face. I get to share the peace that yoga gives me to a mother and her unborn baby. If you are a parent-to-be, read my blog post on the benefits of prenatal yoga.
Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself. ― Rumi
