6 Week Programme

This six week programme aims to introduce yogis to all 8 limbs of you. With weekly yoga sessions and daily check-ins, the programme is designed to nurture ones practice; growing emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Prenatal Yoga
This 6-week prenatal yoga course looks at deepening your yoga practice, while preparing for birth.
Included in the course:
- One prenatal class per week;
- Online guidance on how to adapt asanas through different trimesters; and
- Celebratory brunch at the end of the 6 weeks
Power Yoga
This 6-week power yoga course looks at deepening your yoga practice.
Included in the course:
- One power yoga class per week (classes are based on Sivananda and Vinyasa yoga);
- Online guidance on how correct alignment and the use of props; and
- Celebratory brunch at the end of the 6 weeks
Sivananda
Sivananda is a slower-paced style of yoga that focuses more on meditation, breathing, and spirituality. Sivananda yoga classes start and end with breathing exercises and meditation, and use the same 12 basic poses (asanas) and their variations.
Vinyasa
At times referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa yoga classes see students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Unlike Sivananda yoga, that has a set number of poses, each vinyasa class is different. Vinyasa yoga reminds us that nothing is permanent; encouraging both mental and physical flexibility.
