Balance

Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving. – Albert Einstein

When was the last time you ventured beyond your comfort zone. The comfort zone is great at reinforcing past knowledge, but does nothing to foster growth.

Growing means we have to place ourselves in a comfortable place that often throws us off balance. Perhaps that is why many find growth so scary. Why would anyone purposefully throw themselves off balance in the hopes that they will somehow find their footing again?

But why wouldn’t they?

Why wouldn’t you place yourself on a path that allows you to become the best version of yourself. By constantly pursuing growth and change, you pursue balance; physical, mental and spiritual balance. So cultivate that space for yourself by embarking on a journey of balancing the chakras.

What are chakras? Chakra is a Sanskrit word for wheel. There are seven main chakras, spinning at different frequencies and emitting different colours. The chakras run along the spine, from the coccyx to the crown of the head. The chakras act as a seven-wheel mechanism that allows energy to flow freely within the body, promoting balance.

This week is all about exploring the chakras and bringing about energetic balance.
